What are the risks involved?

The Red Light Therapy treatment can be effectively used to treat the face, waist, hips, thighs, lower legs and upper arms.  We can also target any potential area of injury. 

How long do Red Light Therapy results last?

What can I expect during a Red Light Therapy session?

During the treatment, clients are lying down on a treatment table and special pads will be positioned in strategic places on their body. Simply enjoy the relaxing 30-minute session.  After your Red Light Therapy session, you will use Whole Body Vibration machine. Does Red Light Therapy tan my skin?

No, it will not tan your skin. Red light therapy uses near-infrared light (IR light) to penetrate the surface of your skin. Ultraviolet light (UV light) is the kind of light that will cause your skin to become tan. IR and UV light are at the opposite ends of the electromagnetic spectrum so they are very different from each other.

Should I wear goggle in my Red Light Therapy session?

You do not need to wear goggles during your session. The light used in red light therapy is near-infrared light which isn’t damaging to your eyes or any other tissue in your body. You can still wear goggles if you want to look cool!

Can I use Red Light Therapy everyday?

Unlike other, more invasive forms of treatment, red light therapy is safe to be used everyday. But you don’t have to do it everyday. Most people will get great results with a 30-minute session 3-5 times per week. 

Does Red Light Therapy help stretch marks?

Yes, it does. Red light therapy will help reduce the appearance of stretch marks by increasing the production of collagen and the rejuvenation of the cells.

How many Red Light Therapy sessions do I need to see results?

Every body is different so results may vary from person-to-person but we often see patients getting visible results after their first or second sessions. The nature of this treatment is very fast acting.
