By calculating your BMI, you will get an indication of whether your weight may be affecting your health. BMI is commonly used by Doctors and health professionals worldwide and is calculated using your weight and height. You have two calculators to choose from – metric and imperial.

BMR Calculator

Your BMR is the amount of energy your body spends each day when at rest. Your gender, age, height, and weight are important factors in this calculation.

In addition, you may select your current activity level from the list below, which will provide you with information about how many calories your body requires based on your level of activity.
